Florida Woman Arrested Again for Urinating at Airbnb

A woman from Florida is back in the spotlight for alleged similar offenses after she was arrested earlier this year for urinating on furniture in an Airbnb property.

In March, 31-year-old Nicolette Keogh faced two felony charges, as reported by WEARTV.

According to the police report, Keogh caused significant damage at two Airbnb homes in downtown Pensacola. She reportedly caused thousands of dollars in damages and is suspected of posting a video of the act on an adult website.

She was able to leave Escambia County Jail after posting a $5,250 bail.

However, she has found herself back behind bars facing new charges.

Last week, Keogh was charged with a felony count of criminal damage to property exceeding $1,000, as noted by WEAR. An Airbnb owner in Pensacola informed authorities on April 24 that Keogh, who had stayed at the property from August 31 to September 11 of the previous year, was captured on video urinating on furniture inside the home.

Footage provided to police apparently corroborates these allegations.

The estimated property damage amounts to $17,395, broken down as follows:

  • Blue Coral Chair: $500
  • King size mattress: $4,000
  • Twin mattress: $2,900
  • Leather sofa: $5,195
  • Sleeper sofa: $4,800

Keogh appeared in court on Thursday, where a judge set her bail at $10,000. Despite this, she remains in Escambia County Jail after her bond was revoked in mid-March due to a violation of bail conditions related to an assault charge.

She is scheduled for a bail revocation hearing on June 9, with court appearance on June 12 concerning the property damage charges.

While police have indicated that there haven’t been new incidents since Keogh’s earlier arrest, they suggest that further charges might arise related to past events.

Officer Mike Wood mentioned that the incidents occurred around the same time, and the property’s owner learned of the situation later, prompting a report to police. He added that Keogh was cooperative when questioned, but there might be additional properties linked to her actions.

Wood expressed concerns about the motivations behind such behavior, stating, “It seems people are sinking to new lows to make money, and that’s troubling.” He emphasized the need for stricter regulations on social media and adult websites to prevent individuals from profiting off these types of actions.
