Reports indicate that Kelly Dodd has been charged by prosecutors related to revenge porn and is potentially facing imprisonment.
The former ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star is accused of distributing explicit videos of women without their consent, according to court documents obtained on Wednesday.
Dodd, who is 50, allegedly recorded the videos without the individual’s permission. Prosecutors claim that a victim referred to as Jane Doe experienced significant emotional distress because of the images shared in August 2025.
Moreover, it’s alleged that Dodd threatened the victim, indicating she would harm her, as well as her property and family.
Dodd hasn’t provided a comment regarding the allegations when approached by the media.
This isn’t Dodd’s only legal trouble. She is also facing a potential battery charge arising from a separate incident involving another person in June 2025.
Currently, she faces three misdemeanor charges, and there’s a possibility of jail time.
On social media, Dodd didn’t address these serious allegations but instead chose to promote her workout tank tops and pickleball outfits.
Dodd was part of Bravo’s RHOC for five seasons from 2016 to 2021.
She has been married to Rick Leventhal, a former Fox News correspondent, since October 2020. This is Dodd’s third marriage; she was previously wed to Michael Dodd from 2006 to 2018, with whom she has a daughter named Jolie, and to Scott Silva from 2001 to 2004.
In November, a leaked voicemail to her 19-year-old daughter revealed Jolie calling her out for “blocking her.”
In the voicemail, Dodd chastised her daughter, referring to her as a “stupid little girl” amid claims about her father not taking her on a vacation or providing rides. Dodd’s frustration came through, but it’s somewhat unclear what the original fight was about.
“You look dumb, you dumb little girl. You’re foolish for thinking you can win,” she reportedly told Jolie, later adding, “I’m sorry you have a mental illness.”
Later, Dodd acknowledged that she did indeed “scream” at Jolie during that voicemail, explaining it was linked to a past incident from Independence Day. However, she defended her actions through a TikTok video, urging people to consider the sources of gossip surrounding her.
