Cordeiro expressed that peace involves safeguarding one’s energy, relinquishing control, and allowing oneself the time to rest. She offered her followers three tips to cultivate peace in their lives.
The first suggestion? Being punctual.
“Peace often starts at the boundary of your life. Not every call, invite, or confrontation needs your attention,” she noted.
She then encouraged accepting what cannot be changed, emphasizing the importance of concentrating one’s energy on areas where it can truly make a difference.
Her final piece of advice was to create guilt-free personal space. Cordeiro highlighted that taking an hour for quiet reflection, whether through resting, walking, or simply enjoying the sun, is essential maintenance for those with busy lives.
This post comes in the wake of the announcement of her breakup with Rodriguez, which she discussed with TMZ last week. They had reportedly parted ways a couple of months prior to making it public.
Cordeiro clarified, “Although Alex and I have been separated for a while, we still share mutual love, care, and respect for each other and our families.” She emphasized that there’s no animosity and that they continue to support one another.
