Lainey Wilson Celebrates Summer and Marriage
Lainey Wilson is enjoying sunny days by the lake with her friends. In a recent Instagram update, the 34-year-old country artist shared a series of fun photos showcasing moments from her life. Some images feature her in the studio alongside her husband, Devlin “Duck” Hodges, while others capture them on a boat with friends.
In one boat photo, Wilson flaunts a leopard-print bikini, paired with a tan visor and hoop earrings, as she relaxes and enjoys a sandwich. Another photo shows her with her girlfriends, all wearing oversized white T-shirts humorously designed to look like bikinis.
Additionally, Wilson posted a video of herself shooting a gun while wearing a bikini-themed shirt, followed by another clip of her sipping a cocktail on the boat. Another video displays her archery skills inside a store, wearing a camouflage top and blue sweatpants.
Fans reacted enthusiastically in the comments, with some expressing their admiration for Wilson, while others requested the link to the bikini shirt she wore.
Wilson and Hodges began dating in 2021 but kept their relationship under wraps until their public debut at the Academy of Country Music Awards in May 2023. The two have continued to appear at events together, with Hodges recently congratulating Wilson on her Entertainer of the Year award at the 2023 CMA Awards, calling her his best friend in a heartfelt Instagram post.
After four years of dating, they became engaged in February 2025 and tied the knot about a month ago. Wilson described the moment saying, “I’ve never seen Duck smile as big as he did then,” recalling their wedding day with excitement.
The singer is currently on her Whirlwind World Tour, which has been ongoing since August 2025 and will last until October. Lainey made a name for herself in the music industry back in 2019 with her hit single, “Things a Man Oughta Know,” which earned her a Grammy Award and topped the charts. Her journey is featured in a new Netflix documentary titled “Lainey Wilson: Keepin’ Country Cool.”
Reflecting on her career, she once mentioned to People, “I’m more than just a singer, songwriter, musician. That’s what I do. Trophies and awards come with success, but they don’t define me.”
