JWoww Addresses Wedding Guest Drama
Jenni “JWoww” Farley stands firm in her choice to leave out her Jersey Shore co-stars, Angelina Pivarnick and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, from her recent surprise wedding to Zach Carpinello.
In recent TikTok videos, Farley expressed her frustration over the event’s coverage, saying it has shifted focus to retweets and tabloids discussing who was invited. “If you were real friends and family, something like this wouldn’t be public at this point,” she noted. “You could have reached out, but you can’t because then you wouldn’t be a victim of your own false narrative.”
Both Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro, who are each 40, reportedly felt blindsided and hurt by their exclusion from the New Jersey wedding. However, Farley clarified that she and Carpinello intended for an intimate gathering of just 50 close family and friends.
“People talking nonsense and creating anonymous threads and tabloid articles are exactly why they weren’t invited,” she stated. “You proved my point.” Farley added that those not invited ran to tabloids to comment due to the surrounding drama.
“You get what you deserve,” she remarked. “If you keep playing the victim in your own story and maintain this negative attitude, you won’t succeed.” By the end of the video, she cautioned those trying to play the victim, saying, “You guys can stay home and be miserable by yourselves.”
Farley married 31-year-old professional wrestler Carpinello on Wednesday at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Their guest list was limited to 50 attendees, who were led to believe they were attending a screening of her new film, Nanny Come.
Farley explained that she and Carpinello desired a genuine, intimate atmosphere rather than a grand wedding. “The goal was not to create art, but to make memories,” she said.
Among the co-stars who attended were Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Nicole Cortese (and her husband), Sammy “Sweetheart” Giancola, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino along with his wife. While Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio and Vinny Guadagnino were invited, they did not attend for reasons that aren’t clear.
Pivarnick and Ortiz-Magro have remained silent regarding their exclusion. In a past incident during Pivarnick’s wedding to Chris Larangian in 2019, Farley and others drew boos from the audience with their speeches targeting the bride.
Pivarnick previously had a brief feud with Farley and her friends following those events, which were featured on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Meanwhile, Ortiz-Magro has been open about his struggles with mental health issues, including depression and anxiety.
