Larry Fitzgerald Sr., the father of Pro Football Hall of Famer Larry Fitzgerald Jr., passed away due to multiple health complications, including severe sepsis, as indicated by his death certificate obtained by a local publication.
The certificate notes that a urinary tract infection, prostate cancer, and end-stage renal disease were contributing factors to his passing.
Documents confirmed that his death was classified as natural.
