WNBA 2026 All-Star Game Starters Announced

The WNBA has unveiled the starting lineup for the 2026 All-Star Game. It includes an exciting mix of talent and recognition.

The final list features four guards: Kelsey Mitchell and Kaitlin Clark from the Indiana Fever, Paige Bueckers of the Dallas Wings, and Olivia Miles representing the Minnesota Lynx.

Additionally, six frontcourt players were selected: A’ja Wilson (Las Vegas Aces), Aliyah Boston (Fever), Brianna Stewart (New York Liberty), Jessica Shepherd (Wings), Gabby Williams (Golden State Valkyries), and Natasha Howard (Lynx).

To determine these All-Star starters, a weighted voting system was employed—50% from fans, with the remaining 50% split evenly between active players and a media committee. The ballot included four guards and six frontcourt players.

Recent fan voting results revealed the top 10 players, showcasing strong support:

  1. Aliyah Boston – 683,996 votes
  2. Caitlin Clark – 670,510 votes
  3. A’ja Wilson – 659,057 votes
  4. Paige Bueckers – 640,026 votes
  5. Brianna Stewart – 566,161 votes
  6. Jessica Shepherd – 477,066 votes
  7. Angel Reese – 470,748 votes
  8. Gabby Williams – 451,450 votes
  9. Kelsey Mitchell – 434,471 votes
  10. Olivia Miles – 397,080 votes

The specifics of the player and fan voting breakdown are still pending release.

Once the start lineup is finalized, the league’s 15 head coaches will handpick 12 reserves, including three guards, five frontcourt players, and four from any position. Notably, coaches cannot vote for players from their own teams.

Atlanta Dream Lacks All-Star Representation

Interestingly, the Atlanta Dream is the only team in the top seven without an All-Star starter. Strong candidates like Alisha Gray, Rhyne Howard, and Angel Reese are seen as reserved selections. Notably, Reese was the only player to gather top 10 fan votes yet not secure a spot as a starter.

Among the team standings, the Indiana Fever (11-8) stands out with three All-Star starters. Meanwhile, both the Dallas Wings (11-8) and Minnesota Lynx (15-4) celebrate two selections each, with the Aces, Valkyries, and Liberty each earning one player in the mix.
