The Arizona Cardinals came through for a bride-to-be at her hotel.

Taylor Swift isn’t the only bride in the New York area making headlines related to the NFL these days.

Olivia Coppeletti reached out to the Arizona Cardinals after discovering that the presidential suite at her wedding hotel in Jersey City, where she and her bridesmaids planned to get ready, was booked by the team for their game against the Giants on Sunday, October 4, at MetLife Stadium.

In her email to head coach Mike LaFleur, she mentioned she was a “bride who had exhausted all traditional options” and had persistently sought to rent a suite for several months.

The hotel had informed her that they were obligated to reserve rooms for teams visiting MetLife Stadium during fall weekends.

“In other words, Coach, you have become the last hurdle between me and my dream wedding suite,” she stated. “So, I respectfully present the most outlandish request you’ll receive all season. If you’re not planning to use that suite on October 4th, would you consider letting a desperate bride have it?”

It was worth a shot, right?

Coppeletti later received a video response from Cardinals owner Michael Bidwell.

“I got your email, which I really liked,” he said. “I looked into it, and, well, it’s a bit complicated. That suite was booked for the owner, not the coach. But the good news is, I’m happy to let you and your bridesmaids use it for the wedding weekend. Congratulations, and enjoy your day.”

She shared this on TikTok, captioning it, “What do you do when the presidential suite you’ve yearned for over ten months is booked by the Cardinals because they’re playing the Giants on your wedding weekend? You go for it…”

Coppeletti included a screenshot of the email she sent to the Cardinals, humorously titled “Completely Unreasonable Request from the Bride of October 2026 to (Coach Mike LaFleur).”

In her email, she acknowledged, “There’s a 99.9% chance this won’t reach you, and even less of a chance that you’d want to help if it did.”

In return for the suite, she expressed, “I owe you a heartfelt thank you, a sense of closure for planning my wedding, and an invitation to join my wedding celebration at Batello for a drink (or two) if you find me after the game.”

While it’s not exactly on par with Swift and Travis Kelce renting out Madison Square Garden, Coppeletti, who is anything but a Bridezilla, stated, “I definitely get that football takes precedence over wedding day preparations.”

It seems she may have gained a lifelong fan in the Cardinals.

“If the answer is no, I totally understand and will keep cheering for the Cardinals to beat the Giants (my fiancé said something like, ‘Let’s go Trey McBride,’ and I have no idea who that is, but I’m on board),” she wrote, referring to her fiancé, John Prendergast.

In response, Mr. Bidwell simply said, “Yes.” Just like Coppeletti did when accepting her fiancée’s proposal.
