Joe Biden’s Contradictory Comments ‘Baffle’ Aides 

President Joe Biden's bizarre and sometimes outright false statements to the press have left aides “bewildered, perplexed and concerned” who are tasked with “explaining and refuting” them. ” Reuters detailed on Tuesday.

Mr. Biden, 81, has often committed political gaffes, including but not limited to:

  • He said his favorite memory of 2023 was the supposed improvement in the U.S. economy.
  • Despite photographic evidence, claims he never met Hunter Biden's associates
  • Russian President Vladimir Putin says he cannot remain in power
  • Hunter Biden ignores child born out of wedlock, claims he only has 6 grandchildren
  • He twice declared his son dead in Iraq.

To reduce mistakes, White House aides have given Biden notecards and suggested he follow a prewritten script, Reuters reported. His planned words are usually fully “crafted and vetted” by a number of advisors.

If Biden makes a mistake, it's their job to fix the public relations fiasco.

“They are [aides] They often struggle to shift attention to the administration's message of the day or explain why Biden's comments seemingly contradict official U.S. policy.''Reuters report.

“Biden's public speeches are carefully crafted and vetted, with limited spontaneous interactions with reporters and rarely holding full-scale press conferences,” the report continued. “When he does that, some of his answers seem to be pre-written and read aloud.”

Some aides told Reuters that many of Biden's loose conversations occur when he wants to “test out statements or ideas that he might later use in public with friendly crowds.” , his aides did not seem to provide any concrete examples to support their claims.

The report comes as polls show bad news for Biden.

  • Quinnipiac: 66 percent Biden says he's too old to serve a second term
  • Fox News: 54 percent of Democratic primary voters prefer candidates to replace Biden.
  • FiveThirtyEight: Joe Biden least popular presidents in modern history
  • CNN: Majority says yes.no chance“They will vote for Biden in 2024.”

Despite the challenges, Biden insisted Americans can trust his word.
