Four-time NBA champion Draymond Green has been away from the Golden State Warriors for several weeks.
The NBA suspended Green on Dec. 13, a day after he got into an on-court altercation with Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic.
ESPN reported that Green will be allowed to enter the Warriors' practice field in the near future.

Green has missed 10 games, and Thursday's matchup between the Warriors and the defending champion Denver Nuggets will be the 11th game the forward has missed. Green was suspended earlier this season after appearing to put Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert in a chokehold.
At the time of his suspension, the NBA said Green “must meet certain league and team conditions” before being reinstated.
Draymond Green's progress on Warriors' return from suspension tracked in virtual meetings: Report
Green is undergoing counseling as a condition of his suspension. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported last month that he has also attended virtual meetings with team officials, the players' association and NBA representatives to track his progress toward a return. It is said that there is.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver will make the decision on Green's return. ESPN reported that it is “generally believed” that Green will likely miss 11 to 13 games unless he suffers some sort of setback.

On Tuesday, Warriors coach Steve Kerr was asked if he had communicated with Green during his suspension.
“Just a little bit. I'll text you,” Carr said. “But we've given him his space and he's given us his space.”
Green signed a four-year contract extension with the Warriors in late June. He reportedly loses an estimated $153,954 each time he misses a game. The Warriors have not added a player to their roster to replace Green during his extended absence.

Green was named the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year in 2017 and has long been considered a key player in the Warriors' dynasty that produced four NBA titles.
