Exclusive: Rep. Claudia Tenney endorsed former President Trump on Friday, telling Fox News Digital that he is the “only candidate” who can return America to “prosperity and security.”
Tenney, New York, told Fox News Digital on Friday that during President Trump's first term, “visionary and bold leadership will secure our borders, cut taxes, cut unnecessary regulations, and save America's energy… “The liberation of independence has supercharged our economy.”

Tenney joins about 100 House Republicans in backing Trump, who has a commanding lead in the Republican primary.
Tenney becomes the second congressman from New York to support Trump.

House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (RN.Y.) was the first member of Congressional Republican leadership to endorse the Trump campaign in November.
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana) endorsed Trump a few days later.

This week, House Minority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) and House Minority Leader Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) also endorsed Trump.
