The third set of documents has approximately 1,300 pages; released Friday in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein lawsuit.
The legal documents were ordered released in December by Judge Loretta Preska of the Southern District of New York. In 2015, Mr. Preska oversaw a civil libel suit brought by one of the victims, Virginia Giuffre, against Mr. Epstein's associate Ghislaine Maxwell. The lawsuit was settled in 2017 for an undisclosed amount.
Critics have called for the names of powerful politicians and celebrities who may have been involved in the underage sex trafficking ring run by Epstein and Maxwell.
On Wednesday, the first set of documents was made public, containing information on some of Epstein's victims and those previously known to have had ties to the pedophile, including former Democratic President Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew. It contained a name.
A second tranche was released Thursday, revealing an indictment alleging that Clinton “blackmailed” Vanity Fair into writing an article about sex trafficking by her “good friend” Jeffrey Epstein. Ta. The former Vanity Fair editor said the incident “categorically” did not happen.
The third set of documents includes an alleged incident involving famed magician David Copperfield and his interactions with Joanna Sjoberg, Epstein's longtime massage therapist.
“[Copperfield] “He asked me if I knew the girls were being paid to find other girls,” Shoberg said in his testimony.
CNN has reached out to Copperfield for comment.
The latest drop also included testimony from Epstein's former employee Juan Alessi, who provided a list of celebrities involved with Epstein. Alessi said he met Bill Clinton on Epstein's plane and had dinner with former President Donald Trump at Epstein's Palm Beach home. He also claimed to have met an unknown Nobel Prize winner in chemistry and several foreign beauty queens.
Both Trump and Clinton deny involvement in any wrongdoing related to Epstein.
Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein has also been named as an associate of Epstein, but the pedophile reportedly committed sexual assaults against one of Weinstein's “favorite women.” She ended her relationship with Weinstein because she was too aggressive with him.
Epstein was found dead in his Manhattan cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on other charges related to sex trafficking.
Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking in 2021 and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
