A Texas rancher slammed the Biden administration on “Fox & Friends” Monday, calling the president and one of his top officials “traitors.”
In a live interview from the border town of Eagle Pass, reporter Lawrence Jones asked Wayne King what he would say to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
“That he's a traitor. He's an absolute traitor. He's lying under oath. He says the border is secure, but it's not. He swore an oath to protect us. “The whole administration is the same. Even” our president, the president of the United States, I also call him a traitor. ”

King said Texas Governor Abbott was trying to keep the state safe, but the federal government was trying to stop him from doing so, calling it “treason.”
Asked if he thought there was an end goal to these policies, King suggested that his administration hoped they would win votes. He said the constant influx of migrants was creating “garbage and debris” and damaging their own and others' property.
While filming at the border, he captured footage of illegal immigrants crossing razor wire from Honduras.

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond, and Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey weighed in on how the crisis has affected their states and the legal actions they have taken against the Biden administration's policies. He is scheduled to testify on the challenge. They are also expected to explain how they believe Mr. Mayorkas is not enforcing the law.
Wednesday's hearing on “Chaos at the Center: How Secretary Mayorkas' Failed Leadership Affected the States.” first impeachment hearing It follows a year-long investigation and report by the House Homeland Security Committee that examined the response to the nearly three-year immigration crisis.
The House voted to refer the articles of impeachment to a committee in November, and the committee will begin its process on Wednesday. This comes as the number of border crossings reached a new record, with more than 302,000 migrants encountered in December.
“Secretary Mayorkas' unprecedented and intentional border crisis is impacting every city and state in our country,” Chairman Mark Green said in a statement to FOX News Digital. “The chaos and devastation at the border and in our communities is the result of Alejandro Mayorkas’ failure to fulfill his oath of office as Secretary of Homeland Security. His primary responsibility is to ensure the security of our homeland, but he I neglected that.”
