Honda unveiled two concept electric vehicles (EVs) during CES in Las Vegas, part of the company's new EV series that will begin production in 2026.
Dubbed the 'Honda 0 Series', the vehicle was developed using the company's new 'electrified' design.
“We went back to our roots and created the Honda 0 series with a new era of design.” said Shinji Aoyama., Global Vice President of Honda. “At first glance, it's bold and pure proportions are overwhelmingly different from other EVs, and it evokes a new perspective in people.”
Honda's two 0-series vehicles are called the Spacehub and the Saloon. Honda says the SpaceHub is a van that features “flexible” space and can accommodate a “variety of” passengers. According to Honda, the saloon is a hatchback with a “low” and “wide” exterior and a “spacious” interior. A new “steer-by-wire” and motion control management system debuts. Sales of the saloon in North America are scheduled for 2026.
The new Honda logo that will be featured on the new 0 Series EV will not have the box surrounding the current logo.
