Investigate Willis

Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene
complaint On Wednesday, he joined Gov. Kemp and Georgia Gov. Kerr in calling for an “immediate and formal criminal investigation into alleged criminal misconduct” by Willis and Wade.

Greene highlighted various troubling allegations raised in Willis' disqualification motion Monday, including allegations of an “unlawful conflict of interest” by the Fulton County Attorney's Office.

According to the motion, Willis hired Wade, a former junior municipal court judge in Marietta, Georgia, in November 2021 without approval from the Fulton County Commission, as required by law. Mr. Wade's compensation, which has exceeded $650,000 since January 2022, was acknowledged by Mr. Willis, who allegedly took his boss on lavish vacations.

The motion states that Willis' “clear and intentional failure to disclose conflicts of interest to Fulton County and the courts, coupled with her decision to hire a special prosecutor based on her own personal interests,” “It is highly likely that this is an act to defraud the public of honest services.” Because the district attorney “personally benefited from an undisclosed conflict of interest.” ”

Greene also said, “Willis has hired Nathan Wade to coordinate with President Biden's White House staff ahead of the unprecedented indictment of President Trump, Biden's biggest political rival, in 2024. He even used taxpayer funds to pay for the trip.”

The lawmaker said in the complaint that the allegations refer to efforts to “unlawfully politicize and weaponize public office to commit illegal acts against President Trump with the purpose of interfering in the 2024 presidential election.” he suggested.
