Harvard University is being sued by students who say a “cancer of anti-Semitism” is growing on campus, and the school has been accused of being a “cancer of anti-Semitism.”[ing] professors supporting anti-Semitic violence” and “ignoring student pleas for protection.”

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday by Kasowitz Benson Torres (KBT), a major New York City law firm that has investigated the university for allegedly violating the Title VI civil rights of Jewish students.

KBT recently filed a lawsuit with New York University, the first in a series of lawsuits the company expects to bring against elite universities.

Title VI prohibits any agency receiving federal funding from discriminating against any group on the basis of race, color, or national origin. The lawsuit alleges that anti-Semitism is “severe and pervasive” and that Jewish students have created a “hostile environment” that is “dangerous to their abusers.”
