America's borders are being violated. Record numbers of terrorist suspects, immigrants from special interest countries, and alarming amounts of deadly fentanyl are crossing our borders, but this is just a fraction of who and what is still slipping past law enforcement. Not too much.
But in one of the most radical immigration proposals ever seen in Washington, D.C., Democrats want to open up their homeland to more immigrants, regardless of their country of origin or their motivation for coming here.
Two Democrats in Congress recently reintroduced the Climate Refugee Act, which would give rights to “displaced” immigrants. [their] …for climate-related environmental disasters,” and claims the same U.S. aid and benefits given to refugees.
If enacted, this law would continue to jeopardize our nation's future as our authorities gradually encourage unrestricted and largely unscrutinized immigration into the United States.

Although the bill is unlikely to pass Congress any time soon, the policy is supported by the Biden administration's executive branch and is effectively enacted. In October 2021, the White House released a Report on the Impact of Climate Change on Migration and launched several initiatives on this front.
A December 2023 White House fact sheet highlights the U.S. Agency for International Development's “Climate Strategy” from April 2022, which “anticipates, prepares for, and responds to climate-related migration, and supports migrants and their communities.” It has been pointed out that there is a need to expand support for
This summer, the U.S. State Department announced that one of its goals is to “strengthen and expand protections for refugees and immigrants who are vulnerable to the effects of climate change.”
These components prove that, as we have seen time and time again, the federal bureaucracy is fiercely contesting the rule of law and the Constitution, regardless of Congressional action codifying these immigration enhancements. This is the natural policy of this administration.
Many Democrats, including our current commander in chief, believe climate change is the greatest crisis facing our country and the world. Because of this flawed moral compass, they believe that the ends justify the means and that they can abandon our Constitution, laws, state institutions, and integrity in the name of responding to this “crisis.”
This is why they are trying to introduce these climate change-related pathways into our country. Some of the impact of their plans will be felt immediately, but most will be reserved for future generations of Americans.
There are various definitions and criteria for what constitutes a “climate crisis,” and the possibilities are endless for the countries of origin of the “displaced people.”
Consider America's enemies around the world, especially China, Russia, and Iran. Those countries are probably on some kind of “at risk” list. Other countries of concern to our country are also on the list, including Afghanistan, Syria, and South Sudan.

With relations with many countries and regions around the world deteriorating, it is true that even more migrants from troubled regions are being forced into the country based solely on the rationale and subjective claims that they are fleeing a politically defined crisis. Do you want to accept it? i don't think so.
The real crisis facing our country, the sad reality of the lawlessness of America's southern border, is that we are already experiencing a large influx of illegal immigrants each year, leaving little room for expansion of a legal and sensible immigration system. That means no.
In the just-completed fiscal year, nearly 2.5 million aliens were encountered on the southern border, surpassing the previous year's already historic numbers. These numbers do not take into account the millions of “fugitives” who have crossed the border to avoid detection under the current regime's “surveillance” watch.

Illegal immigrants, and those in our government who aid and abet their actions through a lack of enforcement and oversight, create an unfair situation for those who need and deserve entry into the United States more than others.
If enacted, this law would continue to jeopardize our nation's future as our authorities gradually encourage unrestricted and largely unscrutinized immigration into the United States.
The United States has always been a nation of immigrants, and we will continue to be better than many other countries at allowing men, women, and children refuge within our borders. However, our laws require that immigrants enter our country through an orderly legal process.
Given our rich history as a “shining city on a hill” for countless immigrants, we must carefully vet those who enter our country to ensure their numbers and identity do not threaten the future of our grandchildren. You are also required to.
