Nikki Haley Fails to Say a Man Cannot Become a Woman

Presidential candidate Nikki Haley did not explicitly state that a man cannot be a woman during a teletown hall with Iowa voters over the weekend.

Haley was originally scheduled to hold an in-person town hall in Dubuque over the weekend, but it was changed to a telephone town hall due to the extreme winter weather. During the event, she I received a question A man named John expressed frustration that former President Donald Trump answered the same question during a sit-down with Megyn Kelly.

“Many of President Trump's actions and statements really trouble me and concern me,” the man told Haley.

“One of the things I saw him do was say that he has a hard time answering the question, can a man become a woman? So I was just curious about that. “What is your answer to the question?” he asked.

“Well, let's look at the facts first. “Again, we're sorry we couldn't make it to Dubuque. And we're sorry we won't be there, but thank you for being here.'' Haley began speaking, first admitting that she believed Trump was and ignored the question. “The right president at the right time”:

I agree with many of his policies. But for good or evil, chaos follows him. And everyone on this call knows that. And we cannot afford another four years of chaos, with the country in turmoil and the world in flames. we can't survive it. And I think a lot of it is how he communicates and what happens. That will only confuse us all, and we cannot afford a Kamala Harris presidency.

Ms. Haley eventually addressed the issue at hand, but as she stated at the beginning of her response, she refused to look at the “facts” and failed to clearly state that a man cannot be a woman. In fact, Haley said she doesn't think she should be able to undergo sex reassignment surgery before she reaches adulthood.

She began like this.

Now, can a man become a woman? There's a lot of talk about all these roles and all these issues. I strongly believe that no gender reassignment surgery should be allowed to anyone under the age of 18. We, kids these days, can't get a tattoo until she's 18 years old. They should not be forced to permanently change their bodies until they are 18 years old. That includes puberty blockers and any kind of hormones that cause it.

“We want people to be able to live the way they want after they turn 18. I don't think the government should have control over someone's life,” she said. “You should live the way you want to live. You should be free to live the way you want to live and any government or anyone else should stay out of your way,” Haley asked. He refused to answer.

It remains unclear how acknowledging that it is biologically impossible for a man to become a woman, or vice versa, equates to the government controlling someone's life. But it opens the door to questions about whether Haley supports forced government recognition of gender claims.

“But before the age of 18 is a critical time, especially when you're going through the potentially confusing teenage years. I don't think any permanent changes should be made in any way. ” continued Haley.

“But once you're over 18, I'm not going to say anything. I think you should always believe in freedom and people being able to live their lives the way they want, and that it's their choice. If there is, I don't think the government should have a say in that,” she said, not saying a man can't be a woman.

The telephone town hall attendees' questions arose from a Q&A between President Trump and Megyn Kelly; state clearly “You have a man, you have a woman,” and he “would go on.” [his] The stance is that men cannot give birth.

But his failure to provide a quicker and clearer response raised concerns.
But over the summer, Trump became the first Republican candidate to sign the American Women Pledge, pledging to “defend the truth that women are exclusively women,” and vowing that the dignity of women and girls “will be protected by law and policy.” “It will not be damaged,” he assured. ” If he returns to the White House for a second term.

More specifically, part of that pledge reads, “As President of the United States, I pledge to uphold the truth that women are exclusively women. Only women can become pregnant and bear children.'' . Only women can be mothers.”

The pledge signed by President Trump states: “It is a scientific reality that sex is binary, and all federal agencies are directed to uphold this fact in all domestic and international policies and programs.'' ” is also stated.

“someone” [sic] “Claims of 'gender identity' do not override their gender,” he added.
