Newsmax suddenly cut out a live shot of a boxer colliding with a man wearing a wife beater shirt on Monday night.
Host and author Dick Morris joined host Rob Schmidt's show to discuss the important Iowa caucuses, which kick off the 2024 Republican presidential primary. As Morris spoke about former President Donald Trump's upcoming victory, an unknown man was seen on the air entering the room and walking past the guests.
As he passed, the network showed Trump greeting supporters and speaking at campaign events.
Mr. Morris, who appeared not to notice the man walking past, continued to talk about Mr. Trump's “huge victory” and claimed the race was a “knockout punch” for other candidates. He said Trump is likely to win the New Hampshire primary on January 23 and defeat Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley in his home state of Iowa. (Related: Republican Rep. “I think this presidential election is going to be a very short period of time,” Morris said. “I think this could be a knockout punch. I think New Hampshire is going to go heavily to Trump after this primary. Nevada has always been that way, although South Carolina will be that way. , I think that would be a fatal blow for Nikki Haley because she's from South Carolina. And then there's March 5th, when 45% of Americans will vote. And this will come sooner than the Mike Tyson fight. I think it will end.”
In Iowa, Trump won a historic victory with 51% of the vote, followed by Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis with 21.2% and Haley with 19.1%. Two other candidates, Vivek Ramaswamy and Asa Hutchinson, withdrew from the race following the caucus results.
