Kirk Cousins' future with the Minnesota Vikings is still up in the air after six seasons and two playoff appearances.
Cousins is scheduled to enter the 2024 season after a torn Achilles tendon and will likely become a free agent. But he told Fox News Digital that he would like to remain with the Vikings if possible.

“I hope so,” he told FOX News Digital about his return to the Vikings. “We'll have to see how everything goes. If there's anything I've learned in 12 years in this league, it's that you get thrown a lot of curveballs and it's hard to predict what's going to happen next month.” I think so.I was told about this injury as well. ”
“We'll see in March how everything goes. But until then, I think we'll just have to wait for March.”
His contract expires on March 13th, and there will be a lot of talk about what Minnesota will do at the key position.

Cousins signed with the Vikings in March 2018. Since then, he has appeared in 88 games, throwing for 23,265 yards and 171 touchdown passes. He ranks fourth among active quarterbacks in the NFL in passing touchdowns and fifth in passing yards.
The key will likely be how he recovers from his Achilles tendon rupture.
“It's been a really positive process. When I came home from surgery, I was nervous about how grueling and boring the rehab would be. You hear all the horror stories, but that wasn't my experience. ” he said.
“I really enjoyed working with the therapists. It was so much fun to make little progress every day and see the cast come off and the boots on. Now I'm wearing the shoes. I'm taking it one step at a time. However, I'm trying not to push too hard and I'm ready for next spring's practice. It was a fun challenge to attack.”
