The number of transactions on Shiba Inu's layer 2 blockchain, Shibarium, is approaching a significant milestone of 300 million transactions.
According to the latest data from ShibariumScan, there are 2.7 million blocks and a whopping 297 million transactions on the blockchain.
Shibarium trading reflects growth
As of September 2023, Shibarium has completed just 3 million transactions. However, the latest statistics show that within four months, trading volume has skyrocketed by more than 9,000%. The network is integrated with major cryptocurrency players such as Gate.io to further drive its growth.
