Sen. Mike Braun (R-Indiana) said: Breitbart News Saturday Former President Donald Trump is dominating the polls because he is “the antithesis of establishment D.C. politics.”
said Brown, who endorsed Trump in September. Breitbart News Saturday Host Matthew Boyle portrayed Trump easily winning the Iowa caucuses and remaining poised to win the New Hampshire primary.
The Hoosier senator said President Trump is shocking the political establishment.
He explained: “If you look at what he represents, it's very clear. This is the antithesis of the establishment, the politics of DC. That's what has shaken up the establishment, and that's why I think he's doing so well. And despite all the complex issues that he deals with and the fact that the other side has never fully accepted that the vast majority of our country is I think I'm doing well. I'm tired of the same old job in D.C.”
“I’ve been there for five years. [D.C.], I'm a Main Street entrepreneur from a place like Indiana, which I think reflects these values. Give us less D.C., let us live our lives, and I think Trump has clearly defined that, and that's what he's doing very well.” he added.
Brown said there are so many issues facing the country, including the immigration crisis at the southern border and a struggling economy, that Americans feel “no one represents them.”
“It's all in court. The case is going to be filed towards November of this year,” he said.
According to Breitbart News, an internal poll has found that Brown has a lead in the upcoming Hoosier gubernatorial race.
“Now, more than ever, it is important that Indiana Republicans unite behind Mike Brown. Our collective focus is on winning Indiana’s general election and ensuring that the Republican presidential nominee We must focus on helping defeat Joe Biden and turning Indiana into a beacon of freedom and opportunity,” the internal voting memo states. “This unity is not just about securing a victory in the governor's race, but about supporting and advancing the conservative principles that are the foundation of our state's future.”
