Jordan Love’s girlfriend ‘so proud’ of Packers QB after playoff loss

Jordan Love's biggest supporter looks back on a memorable season.

take it to her instagram story On Saturday, Ronica Stone posted a heartfelt message to her Packers boyfriend after Green Bay's blowout loss to the 49ers in the divisional round of the playoffs.

“My heart. So proud. What a season! The future is incredibly bright,” Stone wrote next to a photo of the couple on the field.

“Congratulations Niners, it was a great game.”

Stone, who caught Love in action at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., also highlighted his accomplishments in his first year as the Packers' QB, including throwing 32 touchdowns in the regular season.

Love, a first-round pick in 2020, served as Aaron Rodgers' backup for three seasons before the four-time league MVP was traded to the Jets last April.

In his playoff debut during Super Wild Card Weekend, Love threw for 272 yards, three touchdowns and zero turnovers as Green Bay dominated Dallas 48-32.

Stone, who went public with his relationship with Love in 2020, reportedly even trolled Cowboys fans for taking part in the wild-card race and leaving early.

Love and the Packers had a chance to beat the top-seeded Niners on Saturday night, but the 25-year-old quarterback was intercepted in the final seconds of a 24-21 loss.

“It’s tough,” Love said. “It's very tough. We had a chance to win that game and we didn't take advantage of it. It's tough to end a season.”

Despite the heart-breaking result, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said he was “proud” of how his team stayed together during a roller-coaster 9-8 campaign. ”.

“I was proud of the effort of our players and our ability to overcome great adversity and stay together throughout the season,” LaFleur said.
