The suspect allegedly sublet the trailer from another illegal immigrant and was living with her.

His DNA matched crime scene evidence, and authorities were finally able to arrest him in January 2023.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement subsequently confirmed that the 17-year-old suspect from El Salvador was identified as an MS-13 member from Mara Salvatrucha.

He is being held without bail until the end of his sentence on June 28th.th trial after being charged with first-degree murder, rape, and robbery.
