A judge has granted Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller full custody of their twin sons if they fail a drug or alcohol test.
Sheen requested new custody provisions Thursday in an emergency document obtained by Fox News Digital. The “Two and a Half Men” star asked Judge Dean J. Kitchens to sign and order two documents previously agreed to by Sheen and Mueller in November 2022 and August 2023. Ta.
The documents state that if Mueller tests positive for drugs or alcohol, Sheen will immediately receive full custody of the twins, Max and Bob.
Mueller relapsed in June or July 2023, one of the court documents said. The document also lists rules for Mr. Mueller, including that he must be tested as often as requested by his probation officer within 24 hours of receiving a written request from Mr. Sheen or his attorney. Or, in any case, must be tested at least once a week.

Sheen can request testing from Mueller until “the child reaches the age of majority or graduates from high school,” whichever is later.
In addition to actual “dirty” tests, positive tests also include missed tests, which could result in minor children being exposed to “urine, saliva, blood, or other drugs related to drug or alcohol testing or “to provide any form of DNA specimen that may be used for testing,” and the twin case.
If Mueller tests positive, Sheen will have full custody “until further court order or written agreement.”
A representative for Mr. Mueller did not comment on the matter when contacted by Fox News Digital, while a representative for Mr. Sheen did not respond to a request for comment.

Sheen and Mueller divorced in 2011 and have 14-year-old twin sons.
The former couple currently share joint custody, but the twins primarily live with Sheen.
“Brooke recognizes the goal of frequent and continued contact between minor children and their parents and will enjoy reasonable and flexible periods of custody and visitation as agreed and arranged by the parties. “,” court documents state.

Sheen also struggles with addiction and has been sober for six years. The actor opened up about being a “single father” as he celebrated his personal milestone.
“I've been primarily raising my 14-year-old sons,” he told People magazine. “Their mother is trying to figure something out on her side, so she's not really involved right now.”
“They're really cool, they're really smart, and they're really funny,” he added.
