Open borders, gender ideology, $32 trillion in debt, and chaotic corporations are just a few of the things that threaten to wipe the Western lifestyle off the face of the earth.
And with the exception of the “DC Freedom Squad” made up of Thomas Massey, Chip Roy, Mike Leigh, and Rand Paul, almost no one with the power to make a difference seems to care.
According to Pat Gray, these are “a small number of people in Washington, D.C., who still don't care about this country.”
And Chip Roy is proof of that.
“Last week I spent a lot of time with people outside of Texas,” Chip Roy told Congress. “Every one of them faces something other than themselves, the corruption, incompetence, and absurdity of this body. All of us, and every one of us the last stink.”
“Everyone I talk to cannot understand how an organization that is supposed to represent the people can come here and try to make this country worse every day,” he added.
Roy dismissed the taxes from his colleagues, arguing that since they weren't doing much good, the public shouldn't have to pay anyway.
“If you believe in modern monetary theory, put your money where your mouth is and get rid of taxes. If you believe in modern monetary theory, why would you tax every dollar?” Roy asked. .
“He's right,” Gray comments. “We should abolish taxes. We should abolish income taxes. Yes, that helps.”
