Winning tip: Super fresh seafood in Athens
The main hall of Athens' Barbakios Agora market hides seafood so fresh that the air smells of salt water.in Hasapika, You can choose your fish and specify how you want it cooked, including seared octopus, salmon ceviche, and giant fried shrimp. The options are endlessly delicious. But the highlight is the hasapika bread. Homemade pasta in a decadent tomato soup filled with crawfish, mussels, and shrimp. It feeds three people, but the two of us fought for every last scrap, wiping the pan with warm bread soaked in olive oil. My Italian friend said this was one of the best pastas he had ever tasted. Worth 28 euros for 2 people.

Briney Bites, Norfolk
Meal at Crab hutTucked away in the bogs of Brancaster Staith, the stall-turned-hut is a hearty little bowl of whelk (2 lbs), cockles (2.50 lbs) and crayfish (3 lbs). Roll stuffed with local crab (£4.50). There's an honesty and brightness in every sip, but also a salty taste that makes you feel like you're tasting the north Norfolk landscape. There is no indoor seating. We recommend sitting on a nearby picnic bench or walking through the marshes to the dunes.

fiery soup iceland
During a recent trip to Iceland, after a long drive on icy roads, we arrived at the village of Vik Mírdal on National Highway 1, near the southernmost tip of the island and home to the beautiful black sand basalt beach of Reynisfjara. (The village is approximately 190 miles east of the currently active volcanic region around Grindavik).here we discovered something amazing soup company. The menu is simple, with unlimited soup and bread and butter. We had the aptly named Lava Soup, a spicy red soup (main ingredients are beef, black beans, red wine, onions, tomatoes, bay leaves and red lentils) served in a bowl of black bread and served with yogurt on the side. I ate it. It was both photogenic and delicious. Each spoonful revealed a harmonious combination of flavors, creating a culinary experience that resonated with the impressive landscape.

Perfect pierogi, Krakow
When we visited last January, Krakow was beautiful but grim. As fugitives from the cold wind, we sneak into the alleys of the historic center of town, boneless, A vegan restaurant 3 minutes walk from the main square. I ordered the slippery platter, worth £6.50 pierogi, each dumpling is delicate but hearty, each packed with the peppery flavor of cabbage and mushrooms. Recovered and warmer, we headed back into the Polish winter to explore further. When you come to Krakow, enjoy a perfect and delicious lunch, especially when the wind blows and the snow crunches under your feet.

Burnt spaghetti from Bari, Italy
spaghetti all assassinsalso called spaghetti Bruciati (burnt spaghetti), it was the most amazing pasta I had in Bari. You can order it at most restaurants, but we first ate it on the Quay in Massaua Street. It will be specially made to order. This is probably Puglia's most famous traditional dish and has been featured on TV shows such as: Gino's Italy: Secrets of the South. This work also appears in Gabriela Genisi's detective novel Lolita Lobosco (her fifth book in the series was simply called Spaghetti All Assassina) and its accompanying television drama. The secret lies in the tomato sauce and the cooking method, in which parts of it are simmered until they become crispy, charred spaghetti. It's extremely spicy and once you taste it, it explodes like a moon rocket booster and takes your breath away. People came to see how we were doing. We found the people of Bari to be very friendly.

Georgian sweets, Berlin
I discovered my favorite restaurant on my recent trip to Berlin. blue hooks (The Blue Fox) is a Georgian restaurant with artistic walls, patterned tablecloths, and outdoor tables overlooking the leafy Kollwitzplein on Kunakstrasse. This vegan-friendly place serves traditional Georgian home-cooked food in the shape of an iconic boat. Khachapuri (bread with cheese). We had an appetizer platter with grilled aubergine and a vegetable spread flavored with local herbs such as walnuts, pomegranate and blue fenugreek. This is very characteristic and unique to Georgian cuisine. We then enjoyed a bean stew heated in a clay pot while pouring Georgian wine, one of the world's oldest wine traditions.
