Jay Leno petitioned a Los Angeles court on Friday to be appointed conservator of his wife Mavis’ estate, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Leno wrote in her guardianship application that Mavis “lacks the requisite capacity to carry out an estate plan” due to “severe neurocognitive impairments, including dementia.”
