A 33-year-old Pennsylvania man has been taken into police custody after allegedly posting a disturbing video online of him holding up his father’s severed head, according to reports and a video that has since been deleted.
Police found a decapitated body at a home in Middletown Township shortly after 7 p.m. Tuesday after responding to a death report. Fox29 reported.
Officers found the headless body of a man in a second-floor bathroom of a home in the 100 block of Upper Orchard Drive, police officials told the station.
Investigators later detained a “person of interest” who found the vehicle two hours away in Lebanon County.
Sources at the department believe the person in custody is the victim’s 33-year-old son, who shared the gruesome footage on YouTube.
The video, which the newspaper reviewed before quickly removing it, shows a man holding up a man’s severed head from a plastic bag and showing it to the camera.
“He’s now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country,” the man tells the camera, before going on an unrestrained rant against the government, uniting with “militia” across the country to kill federal agents on the spot. I called on them to do so. ”
According to Fox29, Middletown County Police and Bucks County detectives are investigating the “suspicious death.”
