A shocking new documentary promises to usher in a new era of comedy from the likes of Amanda Bynes and Miranda Cosgrove, ushering in the so-called Golden Age of Nickelodeon.
ID has released the first look at the much-awaited documentary. Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV is a two-part documentary that exposes the rumored dark underbelly of Nickelodeon in the early 2000s, when Dan Schneider reigned supreme for much of the channel’s programming.
The trailer features a number of first-hand testimonies from actual Nickelodeon employees, one of whom says that while Schneider was considered the network’s “golden boy,” working for Schneider was ” “It’s like being in an abusive relationship.”
