Brittany Mahomes isn’t ashamed of being unapologetic and encourages others to do the same.
The wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who was named the 2024 SI Swim Rookie of the Year on Thursday, reposted a sultry snapshot from a Sports Illustrated swimsuit photo shoot, It included the following message:
“What I’m saying here is that people may hate you and people will love you, but don’t let it continue to shine and define you.”
In an interview with the magazine, Brittany talked about staying true to herself despite the attention of media and NFL fans.
“Be confident in who you are and be yourself without fear.” she said. “People may love you or hate you, but what really matters is finding your values and what makes you the best version of you.”
“Being the best version of yourself is the most important thing, whether it’s your health, being a great wife and mother, or your career goals.”
Brittany, 28, shared a behind-the-scenes video clip teasing a photoshoot with SI Swim, which Mahomes’ mother Randi reposted on her Instagram Story.
“Yes, that’s my stepdaughter!!!” the proud mom wrote. “As always, Britt you’re so much fun!!” @brittanylynne Love you. ”
Mahomes, who will receive his third Super Bowl ring on Sunday when the Chiefs play the 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, also reposted Brittany’s video with three heart-eye emojis.
Brittany will be featured in SI Swimsuit’s 60th anniversary issue, the magazine revealed Thursday.
The mother-of-two shot the 2024 SI Swim Newcomer campaign on the white sand beaches of northern Belize, where she modeled a number of stunning looks, including a sexy red Mugler swimsuit.
Brittany and the two-time Super Bowl champion share 2-year-old daughter Sterling Skye and 1-year-old son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon.
The blonde beauty is a former professional soccer player, current owner of NWSL’s KC Current, and a certified personal trainer and fitness entrepreneur.
