Judge rules against transgender plaintiff suing over surgically extracted testicles kept in ex-boyfriend’s refrigerator next to the eggs

A transgender individual has sued his ex-girlfriend for the return of his surgically removed testicles. However, the testicles, which were stored in a mason jar next to eggs in his ex-girlfriend’s refrigerator, had already been discarded.

Brianna Kingsley, 40, claims her ex-boyfriend “continues to possess my surgically removed testicles, which were stored in a mason jar and kept in the fridge next to my eggs.” In August, he filed a small claims lawsuit.

The bold lawsuit demanded the immediate return of the “human bone specimens” and $6,500 in damages.

Her ex-girlfriend, William Wojciechowski, 37, filed a countersuit seeking $6,500 in damages, saying he was “humiliated” by the coverage of the incident by a “global news organization.”

Wojciechowski told the judge that he disposed of the testicles in July.

“They were rotting in the fridge and it was very unpleasant. The food I wanted to eat was there,” Wojciechowski explained. “She didn’t store them in the biohazard container she was supposed to.”

Kingsley said the testicles were stored in a mason jar in the refrigerator. “Because I deal with trauma through comedy. Shakespeare did it.”
