Former President Donald Trump took to social media during Sunday’s Super Bowl to claim some of Taylor Swift’s financial success and praise Travis Kelce, but he and the music industry and NFL power couple are not politically aligned. He emphasized that there is a possibility that this is not the case.
President Trump posted on TRUTH Social: “I signed the Music Modernization Act for Taylor Swift and all other music artists and took responsibility for it. Joe Biden did nothing for Taylor and… I will never do it again,” he wrote. “There’s no way she could be unfaithful to a man who made her a lot of money by supporting crooked Joe Biden, the worst and most corrupt president in our country’s history. And I don’t think her boyfriend Travis I like him. He might be a Liberal and I probably can’t stand him!”
Swift supported Biden in the 2020 presidential election, and her aides are reportedly exploring the possibility of supporting her again in the 2024 presidential election.

The 14-time Grammy Award-winning artist has been recognized by both Republican and Democratic players for his potential political influence on the race.
Kelce, of the Kansas City Chiefs, is currently one of the most famous tight ends in the NFL and has already won two Super Bowls, but he won a multi-million dollar deal to appear in a commercial for Pfizer to fight the coronavirus. The -19 vaccine has been criticized by fans and conservatives after the deal was announced. He and Swift have reportedly been dating since at least September.

“They’ve been working on this issue for years and years,” Trump said at the time in a statement prepared by the White House, according to Forbes magazine. “(MMA) will close loopholes in digital royalty law and ensure songwriters, artists, producers, and providers receive fair payment for music licenses.”
