All you need at this point is a lot It will move the needle when it comes to Stephen Curry’s absurd shots, but what he did Wednesday night could determine the outcome. During warmups for the Warriors’ game against the Clippers, he casually decided to throw the ball out of the tunnel, and of course, being Steph, the ball went inside.
This isn’t some carefully modified trick shot video for YouTube or something that took him 50 tries to finally drop one. Only Steph has the confidence to throw the ball from far beyond full court in front of a live crowd.
If you doubt this is real, think again. Because the Warriors confirmed the shot on his own video (albeit from a worse angle).
Typically, full-court swells like this require players to step into it, or at least have a good angle. However, that’s not the case with Steph. Because he just hacks at it from weird angles while people flock to him, and has the confidence to not look like a complete idiot in the process.
Steph is just a different person.
