Polls show that San Francisco residents have finally had enough of what they voted for and are now more willing to embrace conservative ideas.
CityBeat is held annually by the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. poll The survey was conducted by EMC Research and surveyed 500 likely voters between January 17 and 21, 2024. The margin of error is ±4.4 percentage points, but these numbers are so overwhelmingly one-sided that the margin of error is meaningless.
One of America’s most left-wing cities is facing a crisis of violent crime, filthy streets, ubiquitous drugs, a vacated downtown area caused by all three, and extremely high taxes. After years of seeing the same results, these cities seem to have woken up the dummies. The poll shows that after just a few years of living with the reality of their foolish ideas, San Franciscans are now die-hard Reagan supporters, pushing for tax cuts for corporations, drug testing for welfare recipients, and more. And they are calling for outrageous law and order. .

- 69% say crime is getting worse
- Only 61% feel safe visiting downtown during the day
- Only 34% feel safe visiting downtown at night
- 84% want to provide financial incentives to small businesses
- 81% want similar incentives from large companies
- 71% would like to see tax incentives offered to fill vacancies in their business
- 61% want increased police presence through drones and surveillance
- 61% support drug testing for welfare recipients
I think we are all magatards by now.
What shocked me was the last number. It was unimaginable that a far-left city like San Francisco would require drug testing of welfare recipients. But that’s a big part of the city’s problem. The government is funding junkies to stay junkies. Why leave a city where your habits are subsidized by taxpayers, where you can pitch a tent on the street, brazenly shoplift $900 worth of stuff every day, and where you can’t even see inside a prison? ?

I never have.
These blue cities are doomed to destruction. It takes Republicans to make that poll result a reality, and Republicans will never win the City by the Bay election. The residents are too crazy, too proud, and too stupid. Polls are one thing. Pulling the lever for the “Nazis” is another thing.
And all I can say about the fate of San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Oakland, and other areas is…who cares? I live here, so I don’t care about these cities. I don’t. Urban America is not my problem. Urban voters got what they voted for, and if you want to burn it all down, burn it all down. Living filth doesn’t affect me. And this is no one’s fault, the voters. That’s certainly a shame. But life is too short to stress about things you can’t control.
