On CNN’s “The Source” broadcast Thursday, CNN legal analyst and former prosecutor Michael Moore said Fulton County District Attorneys Fani Willis (D) and Nathan Wade “have the key to the truth in the case.” “We have a lot of control over this,” he said, “and there is a possibility that we can reveal everything.” And let people see it. But that is not the goal of transparency at any point. ” and that their purpose is to hide the ball and “look like they’re angry about accusing people of trying to put them on trial.”
Mr Moore said:[T]Hey, I hold the key to the truth of the case. They’re fighting subpoenas, they’re fighting to subpoena people, and they don’t want to give up attorney-client privilege, which Mr. Wade and Mr. Willis kind of had the key to. They could put it all out there for people to see. But transparency is not the goal in every aspect. It’s, again, trying to keep it under the radar, trying to come in and look outraged that you’re going to call people out to try and take you to court. Well, show me the texts and records. ”
