They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.
But apparently that’s not the case with Usher’s sold-out “My Way” residency, which helped him perform at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium last Sunday at music’s biggest gig: Super Bowl halftime. He was awarded the show’s headliner spot.
After an epic halftime show featuring all-star support from special guests Alicia Keys, Ludacris, Lil Jon, HER, will.i.am, and Jermaine Dupri, Usher married longtime girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea and then said goodbye to Sin City. This has been their home since their residency at Dolby Live Park MGM began in 2022.
But Usher will bring his Las Vegas experience to his upcoming Past Presents Future Tour, which kicks off Aug. 14 in Atlanta. Atlanta is the city where it all started for the 45-year-old superstar when he made his self-titled debut at the age of 15. In 1994.
“The reality is, of course, I want people all over the world to know what people felt from the theater show that I did here in Las Vegas,” Usher told the Post. .
