Vice President Kamala Harris is reportedly working on revising the Biden campaign’s strategy nine months after Election Day.
Harris’ popularity rating is worse than that of President Joe Biden, but she appears to be positioning herself as an alternative candidate should she decide not to run for re-election before the Democratic National Convention (DNC). A majority of voters say they are unlikely to vote for Biden in 2024, according to a recent CNN poll.
