Joe Rogan lamented the current state of America and civilization on his podcast this week, claiming that the only bigger clue to the decline of American civilization than dancing police officers in crime-infested cities would be aliens landing in Washington, D.C.
The New York City Police Department has come under fire after its dance team performed on a local TV station, raising concerns that officers are focusing more on dancing than fighting crime. .
Talk show host and author Dr. Phil told Logan: “I keep thinking, ‘This couldn’t be crazier than this,’ but when I stand up…”
“And you see the NYPD dance team,” Logan interjected, and began showing footage of their viral performance, which was widely ridiculed online. “The NYPD is in the midst of the worst immigration crisis anyone has ever seen,” and people are “violently attacking police officers, being released without bail, and being put back on the streets.” ” in a city with potential.

Logan continued, “Remember when you were a kid, you thought about the fall of the Roman Empire and you thought, ‘Did they see it coming?'”
“Do you think this is a clue?” Dr. Phil asked. “Is that what you’re thinking?”
Logan replied with a laugh. “The bigger clue is that aliens land on the White House lawn. That’s the only thing bigger than that. This is crazy.”

Dr. Phil took a different view, suggesting, “You know what? I’ll tell you. Whatever boosts the morale of law enforcement right now, we’ve got to give it to them,” later adding: Morale is at an all-time low, but I don’t blame them. ”
“I don’t blame them either,” Logan agreed. “This is not a solution, but instead of defunding them, we should give them a lot of money,” he said, arguing that they should be trained like Navy SEALs.
Founded in 2022, the NYPD Dance Team was intended to serve as a place for police officers to relax after work. The dancers practice two to three times a week and perform at schools, galas and other events around the city, according to Fox 5 New York.
The dance team is one of about 50 teams in the NYPD’s sports division, including boxing, paintball, hockey, rugby and baseball.
But this latest performance has many critics concerned about safety, as crime continues to run rampant across the city at an all-time high.
“I support blue, but I can’t support this. I guarantee you the criminals are laughing. Do you think the criminals will respect you? You know you? How are you going to gain the respect of your colleagues and community when you’re doing this? ” said Nicole Parker, a Fox News contributor and former FBI agent.
