Man kissed, groped teen girl at L-train NYC subway stop

Police are searching for a creepy man who pushed a 15-year-old girl to the ground at an L-train station earlier this month, then forcibly kissed her, groped her and stole her cell phone.

Police said the girl was standing on the northbound platform of Halsey Street Station just after 9:30 p.m. on February 9 when an unknown man approached her.

Police said the man “forced the victim to the ground and then picked him up” inside the station on the border of Ridgewood, Queens, and Bushwick, Brooklyn.


Police are searching for a man suspected of assaulting a teenage girl at an L-train station earlier this month.

The man then “forcibly kissed the victim’s face and touched her intimate areas over her clothing, before forcibly removing her cell phone,” police said.

Police described the pervert as a 30-year-old man with dark skin, curly hair, and a beard.

He was last seen leaving a subway station wearing a black hooded jacket with stripes on the arms, black pants and light-colored sneakers.

The girl was not injured in the assault and robbery.
