The daughter has since quit her job at the restaurant, and the Wolf County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

“We still have multiple people coming in to give statements, but it’s still an investigation at this point,” Deputy Elijah Banks told WKYT.

Banks said he could not discuss the incident further because it involved a minor. No charges had been filed as of Tuesday, the department said.

When contacted by WKYT, Campton Dairy Queen said it had no comment on the allegations.
