While Hall was at what is believed to be Hill’s residence, the wide receiver was working out on a grass field on the property. After the session, Hill reportedly “invited Hall to join him in offensive line drills.”

The two reportedly attended soccer practice and suffered injuries soon after.

“Defendant Hill asked Ms. Hall to stand in a defensive lineman’s stance, and Mr. Hall stood across from her in an offensive lineman’s stance and ‘hiked’ the ball to the quarterback, as if chasing the quarterback. “He told her to hurry up,” the complaint states. “Mr. Hall did as instructed and when he made contact with the defendant, he pushed Mr. Hill backwards.”

In the lawsuit, the All-Pro claimed he was “humiliated” by his mother, sister, friends and trainers who all laughed at him. Hall also claimed that Hill became “angry” while preparing for another play. The two then swapped roles, with Hill becoming the rushing player.

“The compressive force was so great that she broke her right leg, requiring surgery to implant a metal fitting,” the complaint states.

The lawsuit was filed in Broward County, Florida, citing “intentional and reckless misconduct” on the part of the Miami Dolphins players.

Hill is suing Hall for $50,000, alleging that she was denied access to medical attention and treatment at all times. Her filing said Hill downplayed her injuries and simply told her to rest and offered her a bed to lie down and cool her feet.

Hall is said to have stayed at the football player’s home until he was able to return home a few days later. Upon his return, he was reportedly diagnosed with a fractured right leg and underwent “weekly physical therapy.” The plaintiff claimed that he still has “persistent pain and weakness in his lower extremities.”

The lawsuit also claims that “Defendant Hill’s aggression toward Ms. Hall is consistent with his history of violent and aggressive behavior toward women.”

Hill was charged in 2014 with felonious assault and assault by strangulation, pleaded guilty and received a three-year suspended sentence in a plea deal.

Hill’s attorney, Drew Rosenhaus, did not respond to a request for comment from Fox News.
