CNN anchor John King expressed shock Tuesday at the concentration of “uncommitted” voters in Dearborn, Michigan.

Dr. King expressed awe at the effectiveness of “dedicated” protests while reviewing the results from Dearborn, a Muslim-majority city near Detroit, during CNN’s election night broadcast. At the time, “Uncommitted” defeated Biden by a 3-1 margin.
“That’s amazing,” King acknowledged. “This is just the city of Dearborn, but it has the largest concentration of Muslim-American, Arab-American populations. This is where President Biden did a great job in 2020. “The key to our chance to defeat Donald Trump” in Michigan. ”
Additionally, King said the result was a “huge problem” for Biden because it could hurt his re-election chances.

One of those “uncommitted” voters was Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), whose district includes Dearborn.

We have to make sure it’s for the good of the people, the people,” Tlaib said. Even worse for Biden is the Detroit Free Press. I spoke to several voters in Dearborn. They voted for Biden in 2020 but were unsure whether they would support him in 2024.
These voters won’t suddenly support Donald Trump. But their reluctance to support Biden shows that Biden’s re-election campaign will not be easy, especially if he has to win over voters who previously supported him. That’s right.
In the end, Dearborn residents chose the “uncommitted” option over Biden by a margin of 56% to 40%. According to the city’s unofficial results.
