DoorDash heroically helped a woman escape an aggressive man on the side of a California road last week, but not before the man was chased and rammed into a parked car in a terrifying video show intervention. .

Montoya claimed that an unidentified man approached her window and began attacking her.
“He punched me in the neck through the window,” Montoya said. “That’s when I realized this was so much more than I expected.”
Montoya called 911, telling the woman to get into his car, and the two fled the scene.
Immediately, the angry man cut into the Door Dasher, driving alongside Montoya’s Tesla, and quickly exited the vehicle.
“I was so scared because he was coming out of the car,” Montoya told the magazine.
The college student’s quick actions caused him to reverse his car toward the irate man, who jumped onto the hood of the Tesla before driving back onto the road.
Montoya raced once more, but was chased again. The unknown man struck the left side of the Tesla, causing Montoya’s car to collide with several parked cars.
“I see him behind me,” Montoya added. “I didn’t know what was going to happen, but then he ran into my car from the left and caused a lot of damage.”
Fortunately for Montoya and the woman he rescued, the man fled in his car after the accident, but was quickly arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. According to KFMB.
The woman escaped with serious injuries, but Montoya was hospitalized with minor injuries.
