One question on the minds of many royal watchers is where is Duchess Kate?

Kensington Palace announced on January 17 that the Princess of Wales will remain in a London hospital for up to two weeks after undergoing scheduled abdominal surgery. The 42-year-old is recuperating at his family’s Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.

As the princess continues to recover, conspiracy theories abound on sites like X (formerly known as Twitter) and TikTok, with users speculating about the royal’s whereabouts and health.

Kinsey Schofield, host of the podcast “To Di For Daily,” told Fox News Digital that the health of her three children is no one’s business.

“She’s Catherine, Princess of Wales,” Schofield insisted. “We were specifically instructed not to show her to the public until Easter, which is only a month away. Anyone who causes trouble with X… is just trying to stir the pot. Once they start, Princess “These stupid campaigns. Someone might be inspired to do something stupid for the sake of social media notoriety. Live. Easter.” I’ll see her later.”

“If I were in Catherine’s shoes and had an excuse to disappear for a few weeks, I would absolutely take advantage of it,” Schofield said. “I enjoy every moment. I don’t want the kind of scrutiny that the Princess of Wales faces every day against my greatest enemy…All this woman did was marry for love.”

“They don’t owe us anything when it comes to health, death and grief. Just leave them alone,” Schofield added.

Schofield also pointed out that Middleton’s sister Pippa was spotted sunbathing in the Caribbean with her husband and three children. Schofield noted that this suggests the royal family’s recovery is progressing as expected.

“Common sense suggests that Pippa Matthews would not be frolicking on the beach in a bathing suit if her sister was in such dire straits,” Mr Schofield said.

It is unclear why the princess required abdominal surgery. Although it is somewhat unusual for a member of the royal family to go public with details about their health, the initial announcement was likely made to avoid speculation over whether events featuring the princess should be postponed or canceled over the coming weeks. It appears that he was killed.

The palace noted that the royal family was “making good progress”.

But that doesn’t stop the rumors.

After Middleton’s surgery, journalist Concha Calleja claimed on Spain’s popular news program Fiesta that Middleton was in a coma due to health complications, Britain’s Sunday Times reported.

“The doctors had to make a drastic decision at that moment because complications arose,” Calleja said, the newspaper reported. “Her decision was to put her in a coma. They had to intubate her. Her surgery went well and an unexpected serious complication occurred. The postoperative course was not so good.”

The paper noted that Calleja claimed that at one point Middleton was in “great danger” and that “virtually an entire hospital” was set up in her home. Other Spanish media outlets also reported Calleja’s claims.

Immediately afterwards, palace officials vehemently denied the report, calling it “complete nonsense.”

“The journalist made no attempt to fact-check her statements with any member of the family,” a source told the station. “This is basically a complete hoax. We use polite English here, but that would never happen.”

Spokespeople for Kensington Palace and Calleja did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.

Author Christopher Andersen “King,” told Fox News Digital that the Palace would have benefited from more transparency about Middleton’s surgery.

“Any thoughtful person would wonder what the hell is going on in the Windsor family,” Andersen said. “The decision not to attend the memorial service for King Constantine of Greece, who was William’s godfather and was always close to the British royal family, only adds fuel to the fire. It’s frankly very worrying.”

“It’s hard to imagine that something more serious isn’t going on,” Andersen said. “That’s how I feel anyway. I’ve been covering the royal family for 50 years.”

“Palaces are notoriously tone-deaf,” he continued. “Their strategy of telling only part of the story backfired, with disastrous results. … What does the vague expression ‘recovering from abdominal surgery’ mean? It raises more questions.”

British and foreign media have focused on the health of Britain’s senior royals in recent years. First was the late Queen Elizabeth II’s disappearance from public life during the final months of her 70-year reign, and then when Charles III ascended the throne in 2016. A time when most of his contemporaries had long since retired.

Since the surgery was planned, it is implied that it was not an emergency. However, no photos of Mr Middleton leaving the hospital have yet been released.

Royal photographer and broadcaster Helena Chard told Fox News Digital that the royal family should be given privacy as the princess recovers behind palace doors.

“Why does the palace need to provide more information about Duchess Kate?” Chard said. “We have been kept up to date on the Duchess Kate’s extensive abdominal surgery and that she is recovering and will be seen after the Easter holidays. We have also been kept up to date on the fact that the Duchess Kate is doing well. So why should the public demand more information?”

“We’ve never been told all the intricate details about the royal family, but now that the royal family provides more information about their lives, the public wants to know more and more.” “We’re working hard,” Chard said. “I think we should give them a break. I wonder if we should go back to a less-is-more attitude and enjoy the mysticism of the royal family.”

Schofield previously insisted on Fox News Digital that Middleton’s recovery was progressing well.

“We hear that the Princess of Wales is responding to emails, but everything is structured so that she doesn’t feel overwhelmed or confused by the incoming conversation,” Schofield said.

“Kate is not a rule breaker,” Schofield said. “She’s following her doctor’s orders, but she’s going to be as active as possible so she doesn’t feel delayed. We don’t expect to see her in an official capacity until Easter, but she’s on stage. I believe they are working behind the scenes.”
