“Big Funny DEI Test: White or Yellow = Bad Black or Brown = Good Green = Great,” Davis posted on X.
Scott McAfee, the presiding judge in the claims against Willis, is currently considering whether she had an actual conflict of interest with Wade. The judge had previously said that removing Willis from the case could hand Trump a landslide victory.
