Outrage over video of Oklahoma school students licking toes

An Oklahoma high school is under investigation this week after a “disturbing” video of students sucking and licking their toes at a school-sanctioned fundraiser went viral.

A video posted online shows at least four students lying face down on what appears to be the school gym floor, licking and sucking peanut butter off the bare toes of other students. It is being shown.

A voice can be heard shouting in the video: “He’s devouring them!”

The video has been viewed tens of millions of times on the X social media platform.

School officials confirmed the foot licking was part of Deer Creek High School’s “Wonderful Week of Fundraising” events.

Before the toe licking attracted widespread outrage, school district administrators actually praised the fundraiser.

Deer Creek School District stated: statement: “Many dedicated students have volunteered their time to achieve this momentous accomplishment, which will serve the community well beyond the boundaries of Deer Creek.” We would like to thank all our patrons, businesses and sponsors.’ It has been a great fundraising week. ”

“Class Clash”At the fundraising event, students from grades 9 to 12 participated in contests including a toe-licking challenge. The purpose of this contest was to raise money for Not Your Average Joe Coffee. According to the company’s website, the business was created to “inspire the community by engaging students and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.”

The event, held on February 29th, reportedly raised $152,830.38 for Not Your Average Joe Coffee.

“Deer Creek faculty and staff did not participate in any games during this Clash of Classes assembly,” the school district said.

After the foot-licking video went viral, Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters condemned the incident as “disgusting” and vowed to investigate.

“This is terrible. We are cleaning up this filth in Oklahoma schools. Our agency is investigating,” Walters said. said in X.
