Richard Lewis’ wife Joyce Lapinski has spoken of her gratitude for the outpouring of love since her husband’s death.

On Thursday, Lapinski posted on Lewis’ official “Sho,” he wrote.

She continued, “In response to many inquiries, I know that Richard would appreciate memorial donations to the Los Angeles-based charity ComedyGivesBack.com or the charity of your choice. ” he continued.

Just before the announcement, he happened to share a sweet tribute to his wife on social media.

“I’ve had some great girlfriends over the past 12 seasons of #curb that LD. [Larry David] It’s a disaster for me, but in real life my wife Joyce has made my dreams come true for 25 years,” he wrote after joking about his fictional girlfriend on the show.
