Transgender influencer Rose Montoya, who flashed her bare breasts at a White House event last June, now claims her dog is also transgender.
Montoya recently posted a long, rambling video on Instagram in which he told fans that his dog, Hela, was neutered and became transgender.
“As you can see, Hela has a little cone on her head because my little baby just had sex reassignment surgery,” Montoya said of the male dog.
“Hera just had an orchiectomy,” Montoya explained. However, most people will understand better if you say she was recently spayed. She has not been neutered. She has been castrated. My dog is transgender and I love her very much. ”

Montoya defended his actions in the face of backlash, insisting that going topless is “legal” in Washington, D.C.
However, the White House was not too amused by Montoya’s antics and banned him from future official events.
“I wanted to be completely free within myself,” Montoya said. “I had no intention of being vulgar or profane in any way. I just lived in joy, lived my truth, and took care of my body. It was inside. Happy Pride, please release your nipples.”
Montoya, who was suspended, was furious and said he was disappointed that more companies were not hiring him as an influencer.
