Nikola Jokic hit ultimate flex with 3-pointer on ‘Sombor Shuffle’

A player like Nikola Jokic should never exist. Jokic’s height is 6’11; Listed as the third-heaviest player in the NBA At £284. He’s the best passer center of all time, but even that word seems to underestimate him a bit, because he’s actually one of the best passers in NBA history. He has established himself as the league’s best post scorer, best defensive rebounder, best IQ player, and most durable superstar. He has already won his two MVPs and is currently the favorite to win a third this year. He has already won one NBA championship and will have a great chance to win the No. 2 spot this summer.

The list of superlative players like Jokic is endless. It’s also because his greatness never ceases to amaze us.His shot at the end of the first quarter, vs. phoenix suns on Tuesday night. Jokic caught the ball at the end of the quarter and immediately knew he had to make a shot. He performed one of his signature moves, the somber shuffle, from behind the 3-point line at the top of the key and fired a shot past a helpless Eric Gordon.

This is what the world’s best players look like at the height of their powers. Watch the video here:

Even better from another angle:

The Nuggets entered the night undefeated with six straight wins after the All-Star break. Denver has pushed itself without screaming distance from the top seeds in the Western Conference, which would be scary for all potential opponents. The Nuggets had home court advantage in last year’s playoffs, but we all know how that ended.

Jokic is just too good. He is selfless but dominant, plays with great pace but also has impressive patience, is tremendously large but extremely skilled. He’ll probably end up ahead of many of my childhood heroes on the list of all-time greats, but that’s a story for another day.

For now, enjoy watching Jokic hoop. There’s no one like him.
